CocoMaNuts Choc Cups - 2 Ways!

Left or Right? I don't think I could choose TBH...

The left is almond and strawberry and the right is cashew and coconut. Which one is tickling your fancy the most? These delectable cups were carefully crafted by @ashley_pellizzaro

They're super easy to make and you can definitely 'wing' this recipe if you don't have the exact quantities on hand. Just use what you have in the kitchen, you can't really go wrong with this one!

INGREDIENTS

METHOD 

Melt your favourite chocolate and pour into some silicone cups, ensuring the chocolate is covering the bottom and sides of the silicone mould as a thin layer. (I used mini muffin ones). Leave to set.
Make the creamy coconut filling by combining the desiccated coconut with the Vanilla Raglan Coconut Yoghurt.
Make the chia jam by b lending the berries together and adding the chia seeds. You can add some maple syrup if you want it sweet but I like it tart.
Once the chocolate is set, add your favourite CocoMaNuts nut butter to create the bottom layer of the cup. I filled mine half way to the top. Add your chosen filling (either creamy coconut or chia jam) then cover with the remaining melted chocolate. 
Set in the fridge. (Try to not eat all of them at once!)
